Privacy Policy

The short version

This is the personal portfolio site of Pratyush. It's an informational site — there are no accounts to create and nothing to buy. There's a contact form: what you type is emailed to me so I can reply, and isn't stored in any database or used for marketing. Otherwise I collect only privacy-friendly, anonymous, aggregate analytics so I can see how many people visit and which pages are popular.

I don't use tracking cookies, I don't build profiles on you, and I never sell data.

What's collected (analytics)

This site uses Vercel Web Analytics, a privacy-first analytics tool. It records aggregate, anonymous data about visits — page views, which pages are viewed, the referring source (e.g. a social link), approximate country, and device/browser type.

It does not use cookies, does not store your IP address, and does not collect any information that personally identifies you. The data is aggregate only — I can see "500 visits to the homepage from LinkedIn," not who you are.

Contacting me

If you email me using the address on this site, I'll have whatever you choose to put in that email (your name, message, and email address) so I can reply. I use that only to respond to you and don't add you to any list.

Links to other sites

The project cards link out to live demos and third-party sites. Once you click through, you're on someone else's site, governed by their privacy practices — not this policy.

Your choices

Because there are no tracking cookies, there's nothing to opt out of. If you'd still prefer no analytics at all, any content/ad blocker that blocks the analytics script will stop it, and the site will work exactly the same.
