Building the operating system behind Sadhana Tribe
A women's wellness community that had outgrown spreadsheets and WhatsApp. We built the backend operations structure, CRM, and booking system that now quietly runs the business.
The problem
Sadhana Tribe's community was growing faster than its operations. Member records, class bookings, and follow-ups lived across spreadsheets, chat threads, and memory.
Every new member meant more manual admin for the founder — time that should have gone into the community itself.
What we built
We mapped the actual day-to-day operations first: how members join, book, pay, and stay engaged — and where hours were quietly leaking.
Then we built a single operational backbone: a CRM to hold every member relationship, a booking system members use themselves, and the connective workflows between them.
Rollout was incremental — each piece replaced a manual process only once it was proven, so the business never skipped a beat.
The result
- One system of record for members, bookings, and operations
- Members self-book instead of coordinating over chat
- Admin hours reclaimed for community work
- A foundation that scales as the tribe grows
