SheCares: website, booking, and the systems behind them
A women's health initiative needed more than a brochure site — it needed a working front door: a website, a booking flow, and the operations backend to run what happens after someone books.
The problem
SheCares had a mission and an audience, but no digital home. Enquiries and bookings were handled personally, one conversation at a time.
The team needed the whole path — discover, trust, book, follow up — to work without manual coordination behind the scenes.
What we built
We built the public website first: clear, warm, and focused on getting a visitor to one action — booking.
Behind it, a booking flow wired directly into an operations backend, so every booking creates its own record, reminders, and follow-up trail.
The team keeps full ownership: content, records, and systems all live in their hands, not a third-party silo.
